Ryo Saeba is one of Tokyo's most capable “sweepers,” taking dangerous jobs that range from bodyguard work to confronting criminals the police cannot easily reach. His shooting, instincts, and nerve make him formidable, but his shameless weakness for beautiful women creates nearly as many problems as the villains do.

Kaori Makimura remains his partner, armed with the patience and oversized hammers needed to keep Ryo under control and his female clients safe from his advances. Between serious cases and ridiculous arguments, the pair continue cleaning up the city's darker corners while hiding genuine loyalty beneath their constant bickering.
