Hallelujah: Unmei no Sentaku

Tokyo has become an ungoverned city after a mysterious blackout leaves survivors to protect themselves from violence and disorder. Among the people who rise to defend the city are young superpowered individuals known as Links, and the performance group Crown becomes a symbol of hope amid the chaos.

Hallelujah and his childhood friend Akatsuki, raised together in an orphanage, awaken as Links themselves and join Crown. Saving people gives their new powers a purpose, but every choice in a city without reliable rules can carry consequences, forcing Hallelujah to decide what kind of future his strength should create.
