Spring gives the Eagle Talon Society fresh motivation to resume its hopelessly underfunded plan for world domination. Their enthusiasm immediately runs into a bizarre problem when the supposedly heroic DX Fighter appears unable to remember who he is, turning what should be another routine confrontation into complete confusion.

From homemade conquest schemes and video streaming to zombies, festivals, heartbreak, and everyday inconveniences, the society keeps finding ridiculous new routes toward taking over the world. Their ambitions remain enormous, their resources remain tiny, and almost every plan collapses into the same lovable disaster.
