Uchuu Ace

While investigating mysterious radiation beneath the sea, Dr. Tatsunoko and his daughter Asari discover a strange sphere carrying a boy from the doomed planet Parlum. The visitor, Ace, possesses superhuman strength and a Silver Ring that can carry him through the sky or become a weapon, but his powers depend on a special source of energy known as space food.

Unable to return to the home he lost, Ace finds a new family on Earth with Asari, the robot dog Ibo, and the excitable reporter Yadokari. Together they confront invading aliens, runaway robots, and bizarre cosmic dangers, with Ace repeatedly taking to the skies whenever Earth or his new friends need him.
