Vandread: Taidou-hen

Hibiki Tokai has grown up on the all-male planet Taraak believing women from Mejere are dangerous enemies. A disastrous raid leaves him and other men trapped aboard a captured colony ship with a crew of women, and a strange chain of events fuses their vessels into the powerful Nirvana.

Forced to travel together, the two groups discover that their old prejudices matter little against a far greater threat hunting humans across the stars. Hibiki, Dita, and their reluctant companions learn to fight as one crew while uncovering truths about their separated societies and the enemy waiting beyond them.
