With Mephisto's heart restored, Ako prepares to return with her father to Major Land. Before they can settle back into their home, a terrible howl sweeps through the city and every trace of music disappears. When Hibiki, Kanade, Ellen, and their friends follow them to Major Land, they find a silent, desolate kingdom whose people play soundless instruments without emotion.

Ako's friend Suzu claims that Queen Aphrodite suddenly changed and took the kingdom's music away, but Ako refuses to believe that her mother would willingly do such a thing. As three mysterious men pursue the Healing Chest and the girls press toward the palace, the Pretty Cure must uncover what truly silenced Major Land before its music and the bonds carried through it are lost for good.
