Battle Fighters Garou Densetsu 2

After defeating Geese Howard, Terry Bogard seems to have finally reached the top, until the powerful German fighter Wolfgang Krauser confronts him and crushes him with humiliating ease. The loss destroys Terry's confidence, and he drifts from place to place drinking, unable to imagine facing Krauser again.

A determined boy named Tony refuses to accept that the fighter he admires has given up. His faith, together with the struggles of Andy Bogard, Joe Higashi, and their allies against Krauser's challenge, forces Terry to confront the fear behind his defeat. To stand as a fighter again, he must rebuild himself before returning for a battle that strength alone will not win.
