Kakushigoto

Single father Kakushi Gotou loves his daughter Hime more than anything, which is exactly why he hides the biggest fact about his life from her: he is a successful manga artist known for crude comedy. Terrified that Hime would be embarrassed by his profession, Kakushi turns secrecy into a full-time occupation, leaving home dressed like an ordinary office worker, changing clothes before reaching his studio, and preparing his assistants for every unlikely disaster that might lead her to the truth. Beneath the escalating excuses and ridiculous precautions is a warm, ordinary bond between father and daughter. But Hime keeps growing, and the small things she accepted without question as a child begin to mean something different. No secret can stay hidden forever, however desperately Kakushi tries.
