Komadori Movie: Komaneko

Koma is a curious young cat who lives with her grandfather in a house on a hill and loves making things with her own paws. Determined to create a stop-motion love story, she draws storyboards, builds miniature sets and puppets, and carefully films each frame with an 8 mm camera, learning how much patience a tiny movie can demand.

Her creative life expands beyond the camera as she meets new friends, faces small disappointments, and discovers how courage can matter in ordinary moments. Across five gentle adventures, Koma's curiosity turns mistakes and unfamiliar encounters into another step toward understanding both her craft and the people around her.
