Synopsis

Kasukabe's new mayor promotes an extreme vision of environmentalism, but his real plan is far stranger: transform humanity into animals. After Hiroshi and Misae accidentally consume the transformation drink, Shin-chan suddenly has a chicken for a father and a panther for a mother.

With the Kasukabe Defense Force also caught in the chaos, Shin-chan joins the mysterious Victoria to oppose the eco-terrorist group SKBE. Saving his parents means stopping a scheme that claims to protect nature by erasing the humans who are supposedly harming it.
