Girls & Panzer

Miho Nishizumi transfers to Ooarai Girls Academy hoping to leave senshadou behind. The tank combat sport has shaped her family for generations, but one painful match convinced Miho that she no longer wanted any part of it. Her new school seems perfect until its student council abruptly revives the long-abandoned senshadou team and pressures her into taking command.

Miho joins Saori, Hana, Yukari, and Mako inside an old Panzer IV and begins training a collection of inexperienced teams with whatever forgotten tanks the school can recover. Their awkward beginnings soon lead into the national tournament, where Ooarai faces academies with superior equipment, deeper experience, and overwhelming numbers. To keep moving forward, Miho must find a style of leadership that belongs to her rather than the famous Nishizumi tradition she ran away from.
