Tian Yu

A thousand years ago, the spirit beast Shen and the Xuan Shui priestess Ying were as close as siblings. When Shen's recklessness led him down a demonic path and threatened countless lives, Ying joined the Xi clan to seal him away. Her final act of mercy left him a chance to survive, and she sacrificed herself in atonement while the Xi people became trapped in frozen time.

Now the seal is weakening. Ying has been reborn as the priest Tong Ming, but Shen has spent a millennium nurturing his hatred for the one he believes betrayed him.
