Sekai Saikyou no Kouei: Meikyuukoku no Shinjin Tansakusha

Arihito Atobe dies in a bus accident after a life consumed by corporate work and awakens in a labyrinth kingdom where newcomers begin again as Seekers. He receives an unusual class called Rearguard, seemingly unsuited for direct combat but able to strengthen attack, defense, and recovery for everyone fighting ahead of him.

Arihito quickly discovers that standing at the back does not make him secondary. His presence alone changes the performance of the whole party and even affects how his companions feel toward him. Freed from his former corporate life, he begins assembling a team and exploring the labyrinths, unaware that the humble-sounding class may make him the strongest person on the rear line.
