Vandread: The Second Stage

The NirVana crew has survived one overwhelming enemy only to learn that five more harvest fleets are advancing toward Tarak and Mejeer. Their journey home becomes a race against time: they must warn the two planets before Earth arrives to strip their populations of the biological resources it needs.

New information brought by the mysterious Misty makes the threat even more disturbing, while repeated attacks force Hibiki, Dita, and the others to push their combined machines beyond familiar limits. As the final confrontation draws closer, the men and women who once treated each other as enemies must decide whether the bonds formed aboard NirVana are strong enough to save both of their worlds.
