Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu: Matsuri

Fumizuki Academy's school festival gives Class F a rare chance to improve its miserable classroom. Akihisa, Yuji, Himeji, Minami, and the others open a Chinese-style café to earn money for better equipment, but bad rumors and rival interference quickly threaten their profits. Naturally, their solution includes desperate sales tactics, dangerous cooking, and Akihisa in a maid outfit.

The second day raises the stakes with a Summoned Being tournament. If Class F can defeat teams backed by much higher test scores, they can finally win what their shabby room needs. For a class famous for terrible grades, success depends on using every unfair-looking advantage that friendship, stupidity, and Yuji's schemes can provide.
