Otome Kaijuu Caraméliser

Kuroe Akaishi keeps her distance from classmates because of a strange condition that makes her body change whenever her emotions surge. She has grown used to being alone until Arata Minami, the popular boy in her class, begins treating her with a kindness she does not know how to handle. The problem is that having her heart race around him causes far more than embarrassment: it awakens something enormous inside her.

As Kuroe's feelings intensify, monstrous traits begin appearing, and at their peak she transforms into a gigantic creature capable of shaking an entire city. Torn between wanting an ordinary first love and fearing what will happen if Arata discovers the truth, Kuroe finds that young romance can be dangerous to both her heart and everything around her in a very literal way.
