Lupin learns that five hundred tons of gold once belonging to the Romanov dynasty may still be hidden somewhere between America and Russia. His clue is an old coded document pointing toward the mysterious “Bank of Liberty,” and that is more than enough to send him, Jigen, and Goemon after a treasure worthy of their reputation.
