Kono Danshi, Mahou ga Oshigoto desu.

Chiharu Kashima leads the Wizard Bureau’s Crisis Countermeasures Division, one of the few jobs in society that depends on real magic. At his favorite bar he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a warm, impulsive man fascinated by wizards, and is stunned when Toyohi quickly confesses that he has fallen in love with him.

The two begin spending time together, but Chiharu cannot separate his identity from his profession. Magic is the one thing that has always made him feel valuable, so Toyohi’s admiration becomes frightening: does he love Chiharu himself, or only the impressive wizard standing in front of him? Their growing relationship forces Chiharu to ask who he is when the magic is taken away.
