With Dr. Hell defeated, Kouji Kabuto and his friends finally expect a moment of peace. Instead, a mysterious prophet warns of a disaster just as mechanical Warrior Beasts unlike anything they have faced begin attacking across the world.

Mazinger Z charges into battle, but Kouji quickly discovers that the new enemy belongs to the fearsome Mikene Empire and far exceeds Dr. Hell's forces.
