Maetel Legend

La Metal has drifted away from the Sun’s warmth, leaving its people trapped between freezing cold and starvation. The mechanical scientist Hardgear offers Queen Prometheum a way to preserve them: replace vulnerable flesh with machinery.

The queen embraces the plan, but her daughters Maetel and Emeraldas discover that its promise of survival hides a bid for control. As mechanization transforms their home and family, the sisters fight to remain human, even when that means resisting their own mother.
