Salaryman Rakko 11 spots a hostile passerby berating Rie and Naho after they accidentally bump into him and decides to intervene. His attempt to calm the situation goes badly when the stranger turns the insults on him instead, proving that even a well-meaning half-human, half-otter office worker can find himself dragged into absurd trouble just for trying to help.
