Pokemon: Mewtwo - Kakusei e no Prologue

Pokémon rescuer Virgil and his Eevee team become involved in a strange incident after meeting Anna and Oscar, who have encountered an injured Mewtwo. The powerful Pokémon keeps its distance from humans and carries memories that make trust difficult, even when help is being offered.

The danger grows when a Pokémon hunter named Dirk tracks Mewtwo down for his own purposes. As Virgil's group tries to protect it, they begin to understand the experiences that shaped Mewtwo's suspicion of people and the goals driving it toward the encounter that awaits beyond them.
