Kengan Ashura

Since the Edo period, powerful companies have secretly settled major disputes through Kengan matches, hiring fighters to represent them in brutal unarmed combat where victory can decide entire fortunes. Tokita Ohma, known as the Ashura, enters this hidden world with little interest in business. He simply wants to fight stronger opponents and prove himself above them.

After Ohma catches the attention of the Nogi Group, ordinary salaryman Kazuo Yamashita is unexpectedly assigned as his manager. Their strange partnership soon carries them into a massive tournament that will determine the future of the Kengan Association itself. Surrounded by fighters with extreme techniques, bodies, and ambitions, Ohma faces battles where every opponent threatens more than defeat and every victory pushes him closer to the limits he has been seeking.
