Xi Xing Ji: Suming Pian

Tang Sanzang and his companions continue west after the brutal conflict in the South China Sea, but the road ahead offers no peace. Sun Wukong has fallen into the underworld and must struggle through death and rebirth, while those still traveling face enemies who understand that the party is vulnerable without its strongest fighter.

Dark spirits, old grudges, and forces tied to destiny close around the group as each member is pushed toward a different trial. Their journey is no longer simply about carrying a sacred purpose westward; it becomes a fight to reunite, survive, and decide whether fate can be changed before it consumes them one by one.
