Tooi enters high school expecting an ordinary life, only for that expectation to collapse on her first day when she attracts the attention of Jel, a student capable of turning any simple idea into noisy chaos. Before she understands what happened, she has been pulled into the Youth Romance Club, a group devoted to chasing anything its members consider youthful or romantic.
