Saki and Mai are heading to a singing contest when a quarrel between them leaves their partnership strained at the worst possible moment. Soon time itself stops, and the two are drawn into the World of Clocks, a strange realm responsible for keeping time moving everywhere.

The servant of Dark Fall behind the crisis intends to seize control of time and trap Pretty Cure inside a perfect maze. With the clock spirits depending on them, Cure Bloom and Cure Egret must repair their shaken trust, escape the distorted world, and make the hands of time move again before the frozen moment becomes permanent.
