The most notorious villain teams of the Time Bokan world are offered a chance to prove who truly deserves to be called the greatest bad guys of all. The Doronbo Gang joins a wildly unfair competition filled with familiar rivals, ridiculous machines, dirty tricks, and enough cheating to make the very idea of rules meaningless.
