Seven years after the fall of the Spiral King, humanity has reclaimed the surface and built a prosperous civilization under Simon's leadership. That success triggers an ancient warning: as the human population grows, the Anti-Spiral emerges and sets a plan in motion that threatens the planet itself, turning Nia into an unwilling part of the coming catastrophe.

With despair spreading and Earth facing destruction, the old members of Team Dai-Gurren reunite. Simon must push beyond loss, impossible odds, and the limits of the universe as the battle leaves the planet behind and expands into the depths of space, where humanity's will to move forward is tested against an enemy determined to extinguish it.
