Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World - Byouki no Kuni - For You

Kino and Hermes arrive in a country whose citizens live beneath an artificial sky, protected by strict hygiene and advanced medicine. The spotless city contrasts sharply with the abandoned countryside outside, and its controlled air carries a faint unease that no amount of cleanliness can remove.

At a hospital, Kino meets the gravely ill Inertia and agrees to deliver a handmade gift to a boy living in a pioneer village. The simple errand leads beyond the city's polished walls and exposes the human cost hidden beneath its promise of perfect health.
