Chuuta Kokonose has spent years hearing a mysterious voice that nobody else can hear, leaving him unsure whether something is wrong with him. His ordinary school life ends when he is suddenly transported to a space police station and told that the intergalactic organization ēlDLIVE has selected him as a potential officer.

Determined to prove himself to his skeptical classmate and fellow officer Misuzu Sonokata, Chuuta takes the entrance test and discovers that the voice inside him is far more real than he imagined. With an unusual partner at his side, he begins policing threats that reach far beyond Earth.
