Life at Izumo Inn briefly steps away from the escalating Sekirei Plan and turns toward two lighter sides of Minato's unusual household. Musubi, Tsukiumi, Kusano, Matsu, Kazehana, and the others face a round of personal observations and questions that quickly becomes far less orderly than any sensible examination should be.

When there is finally time to relax, sharing the same home proves incapable of staying peaceful for long. Rival affection for Minato, clashing personalities, and the Sekirei's competitive instincts turn ordinary leisure into exactly the kind of chaos Izumo Inn has learned to call normal.
