Synopsis
Dr. Mashirito finally brings his ambitions to Penguin Village with Caramel Man No. 1, a powerful robot created to defeat Senbei and Arale and clear the way for world domination. His grand entrance quickly becomes another absurd clash between rival inventors and machines that refuse to behave as expected.
Later, Penguin Village gathers for its annual Grand Prix, where Arale, Senbei, Mashirito, and a crowd of eccentric competitors chase a cash prize. Speed, cheating, inventions, and pure nonsense collide as everyone races toward a finish line that is anything but ordinary.
