Shin Tenchi Muyou!

Tenchi Masaki leaves his familiar home behind to study and train at a Shinto shrine in Tokyo. The distance should give him a chance to build an ordinary life, but it instead unsettles Ryoko, Ayeka, and the others, who are far from pleased by the thought of Tenchi living on his own.

In Tokyo, Tenchi grows close to his classmate Sakuya Kumashiro, whose feelings for him become increasingly clear. As jealousy draws his old companions back into his life, mysterious forces begin pushing the group apart, turning Tenchi's new romance into part of a much larger threat to the bonds connecting them.
