Sasaki to Miyano

Miyano is a shy high school student who keeps his love of boys' romance stories private because he does not want the hobby to define him. After upperclassman Sasaki steps into a fight, he keeps finding reasons to visit Miyano. Sasaki eventually discovers what Miyano reads and borrows a book, turning conversations about stories into an easy excuse for the two to spend more time together. Sasaki recognizes his feelings first, while Miyano needs time to separate the relationships he enjoys reading about from what he genuinely wants for himself. Their bond grows through hallway meetings, messages, and small acts of attention, with Sasaki choosing patience instead of forcing an answer Miyano is not yet ready to give.
