Tsuihousha Shokudou e Youkoso!

Dismissed from Silver Wings, an elite adventuring group, Dennis sees the setback as a chance to pursue the dream he actually wants: running a small eatery where his extraordinary cooking talent can finally matter. On the road to that new life, he frees an enslaved girl named Atelier and invites her to work beside him.

The restaurant soon becomes a gathering place for people discarded by guilds, families, or circumstance. Customers arrive for a meal, but their troubles rarely stay outside the door, and Dennis cannot bring himself to ignore someone in need. With a butcher knife, a wok, and combat skills far beyond what any cook should possess, he begins building a place where outcasts can find both good food and someone willing to stand beside them.
