Mebius Dust

Ten years after a mysterious meteorite struck Earth, people began developing superhuman abilities known as Rams. The power came with a brutal restriction: Rams Carriers cannot survive away from the Möbius Dust released by the giant crystal in Shinkatsushika, leaving them effectively trapped inside the city.

To escape the boredom of confinement, Araki, his younger sister Stella, and their childhood friend Olga use their abilities in a territory-conquering game, forming a team called Polis Hopper. The competition offers a temporary outlet until Rams researcher Professor Yuda asks them to take part in an experiment connected to their abilities. The three are suddenly pulled from a game they created to pass the time into a test that may change how they understand their powers and their future inside the city.
