Hibike! Euphonium 2

After clearing the qualifying round, Kitauji High School's concert band moves one step closer to its goal of reaching the national competition. The members spend their summer in an intensive training camp under Taki and professional musicians, knowing that better technique alone will not be enough unless the ensemble can truly function as one.

Tension rises when a former member asks to rejoin, reopening painful memories among the second-years and forcing Kumiko Oumae to learn what happened before she entered the club. At the same time, Kumiko discovers a personal side of Taki's past and the reason he is so determined to win. Reaching gold at Kansai requires everyone to confront what they would rather leave unsaid.
