Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: Misaka-san wa Ima Chuumoku no Mato desu kara

After the Level Upper incident, Mikoto Misaka begins experiencing an unnerving sensation that someone is constantly watching her. The feeling follows her through Academy City, growing so intense that even the normally fearless Railgun becomes tense and suspicious.

Kuroko, Uiharu, and Saten refuse to let Mikoto face the mystery alone. Their investigation gradually reveals that the strange phenomenon is not paranoia at all, and stopping it will require them to uncover who is targeting Mikoto and why.
