A year after the war between Earth and the colonies ends, the Gundam pilots begin disposing of the weapons that once defined their lives. Peace is shattered when Mariemaia Khushrenada, daughter of the late Treize, becomes the figurehead of a new rebellion and Relena Peacecraft is taken captive.

Heero, Duo, Trowa, and Quatre are forced back into battle while Wufei chooses a different path.
