Eleven-year-old Persia has spent her childhood among animals on the Serengeti before being brought to Japan to begin a very different life. During the journey, she is drawn into the magical realm of Lovely Dream, where a Fairy Queen tells her that the frozen world can be saved only by gathering the energy created by love.Persia receives a magical headband and the ability to transform into an older girl, with three kappa sent along to assist her. Back in Japan, she must balance an unfamiliar home and ordinary childhood troubles with a secret mission that connects every use of her magic to the fate of Lovely Dream and the people closest to her.
