Freezing Vibration

As attacks by the Nova increase, Chevalier struggles to replace the Pandoras lost in battle. Its answer is the E-Pandora Project, an experiment that grants ordinary women artificial Stigmata and promises to create defenders without the rare natural compatibility previously required.

Satellizer, Kazuya, Rana, and Pandoras from around the world travel to an Alaskan base to witness the program. The volunteers' suffering and the researchers' secrecy soon expose a crueler purpose, forcing the Pandoras to decide whether obeying Chevalier still means protecting humanity.
