Pokemon Movie 22: Mewtwo no Gyakushuu Evolution

Scientists recover genetic material from the mythical Pokémon Mew and use it to create Mewtwo, a being engineered to become the strongest Pokémon alive. As Mewtwo becomes conscious of the circumstances of its birth, anger toward the humans who treated it as an experiment grows into a determination to prove its superiority.

Ash, Pikachu, and other skilled Trainers are invited to a mysterious island, where Mewtwo reveals an army of cloned Pokémon and challenges the originals to battle. What begins as a contest over strength turns into a struggle over identity, freedom, and whether the circumstances of one's creation determine the value of a life.
