Peace finally returns to Honnouji Academy, and with its original purpose fulfilled, the school is scheduled to close after graduation. The Elite Four look toward their futures, while Satsuki Kiryuuin struggles with what remains of her identity now that the battle that defined her life is over.

The graduation ceremony is violently interrupted by beings resembling the former student council, dragging Ryuuko, Satsuki, and their allies into one last fight. An enemy tied to their past refuses to accept defeat, forcing the group to confront what they have lost, what they have become without their old uniforms, and whether they can truly move into ordinary life.
