Maid-san wa Taberu dake

Suzume Tachibana, a maid in training, unexpectedly finds herself stuck in Japan for an entire year, far from the life and work she knew. Rather than spend the time worrying, she decides to learn about the country in the simplest way she knows: taste everything she can find.

From taiyaki and melon bread to takoyaki and onigiri, every small meal becomes a new discovery, and her daily food trips introduce her to people, neighborhoods, and habits she might otherwise have overlooked. Suzume is not searching for grand banquets. Sometimes a tiny shop and a warm snack are enough to turn an ordinary day into a memory worth keeping.
