Perman

Mitsuo Suwa is an ordinary elementary school boy until Birdman, a visitor from another planet, appoints him as Perman. Equipped with a mask that grants tremendous strength, a cape that lets him fly, and a communication badge, Mitsuo suddenly gains the power to rush anywhere people need help.

Being a hero is harder than it sounds. Mitsuo must keep his identity secret from family and friends, use a copy robot to cover for him when duty calls, and work alongside fellow Permans Booby, Perko, and Peryan. Between rescuing people, stopping criminals, and dealing with everyday school problems, he learns what responsibility really means.
