Kikou Ryouhei Merowlink

At the end of the Hundred Years' War, Merowlink Ality is left as the sole survivor of a platoon deliberately sacrificed and then blamed for the theft of military supplies. Branded along with his dead comrades for a crime they did not commit, he refuses to let the truth disappear with them.

Carrying their dog tags and fighting on foot with an old anti-AT rifle, Merowlink begins hunting the officers responsible for the betrayal. Each target brings him deeper into a military conspiracy, forcing a lone soldier without an Armored Trooper to challenge men protected by machines, authority, and the secrets of the war itself.
