After a century of war across the Astragius Galaxy, Armored Trooper pilot Chirico Cuvie is abruptly assigned to a secret raid against a base belonging to his own military. There he sees a mysterious woman kept inside a capsule, only for his comrades to betray him and leave him behind to die.

Chirico survives, but both military intelligence and the conspirators begin hunting him. Driven by the memory of the woman he saw, he moves from one battlefield to another in search of answers, gradually uncovering a secret project that reaches deep into the war itself. Every clue brings him closer to the woman called Fyana and deeper into a conspiracy that refuses to let him escape alive.
