Huyao Xiao Hongniang 12: Jing Hua Yuan Pian

The story reaches back into Tushan's past, when the bond between Tushan Honghong and Dongfang Yuechu was still being forged amid the long conflict between humans and yaoguai. Beneath the romance that would later become legend lie painful choices and misunderstandings that time alone has never been able to repair.

As the past reflects into the present, new pieces of the relationships that shaped both sides begin to emerge. Old promises remain powerful even when the people tied to them no longer remember why they were made. What appears to be only a flower in a mirror may instead be an impossible memory, or one final chance to understand what was lost.
