Sumikko Gurashi Movie 4: Sora no Oukoku to Futari no Ko

Rain refuses to stop falling over the town until two strange children tumble down from a kingdom above the clouds. The Sumikko friends soon learn that the Sky Kingdom is suffering from a severe water shortage, and that the answer may be tied to a secret hidden within the Water Temple.

Hoping to help the children and bring clear skies back to their home, the friends climb toward a world they have never seen before.
