Mushishi Zoku Shou 2nd Season

Ginko continues wandering from village to village, drawn to disturbances caused by Mushi, primordial forms of life that exist close to the boundary of human perception. Their influence can produce living shadows, altered senses, impossible cycles of time, or changes so subtle that years pass before anyone realizes something is wrong.

There is rarely a simple line between illness and gift. Some people cling to the strange abilities Mushi give them; others desperately seek a cure for something that may actually be keeping them alive. Ginko can explain the rules these beings follow, but every encounter leaves the humans involved to decide what they are willing to lose in order to keep living.
